Step Two ...
Option 1. Photocopy the completed planning form and submit it to the VLSCS Board via mail or in person.
Option 2. Submit your planning form electronically. Login to your account at vlscs.ca. If you do not have an account at vlscs.ca contact a board member for an access key.

Using your working copy, complete the form and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Your form is immediately sent to two VLSCS board members.
The Board meets the 2nd Tuesday each month.
Please allow 2 months for processing.
